Hannah Tucker, LMT
Hannah has lived in Spring City, PA for almost 8 years. Her family moved from Northeast Philly so that both she and her brother could attend high school at Kimberton Waldorf School (KWS). After graduating from KWS, Hannah went to Central America to volunteer at an animal rescue. When she returned home she decided to go to school for massage therapy and attended Cortiva Institute. She graduated in January 2013 and since then has been working part time at a spa. She currently is attending school to become a radiologist. Her hope is to graduate with a degree and work in a hospital but to still continue massage therapy on the side.

“We are living in a time of great technological and medical advancements, yet we are still confronted with the challenges of their limitations and drawbacks. Natural preventative and healing systems not only bridge those gaps, they are often more effective, desirable and sustainable. When we chose to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle and provide our body, mind and spirit with the elements they need to thrive, healing and optimal wellness can manifest.”
“Furthermore, I believe true well-being and happiness, which transcends even the individual, comes from living in harmony with nature and taking heed to the wisdom inherent in it. The health of the people of our nation is not merely dictated on an individual level. We, as a society, also need to build and value strong, supportive, healthy and enlightened communities—ones which hold nature in reverence and recognize, utilize and maintain its natural cycles in a sustainable way—if we are to achieve reprieve from the epidemics of affluence. I feel our society has a responsibility to restore and preserve the ancient wisdoms of our elders by passing down their ways to future generations so that they are not forgotten.”

Prior to my first visit, I couldn’t even move my neck from side to side. Now I can move my neck in all motions and even participate in activities that I love–like salsa dancing!
I used to get backaches from riding my horse. Discovering ZenVillage Wellness changed my life! Their trained specialists helped relieve my pinched nerves, and they taught me how to avoid back problems in the future.
